May 31, '11 by erkantarikit has 350 some beds. it is a magnent hospital. training is depending on the floor. but it is usually about 3 months. 1:3-4 is the ratio however in the ER numbers can be different based on the clients during that shift. day shift gets paid about
31$/hr for new grads and 4$ night shift differencials. that's all i know -
Jun 8, '11 by hiddencatRNHahnemann HR met with our class prior to graduating and told us the new grad rate is $27.50 an hour. Many of my classmates wound up there- they don't mind taking in new grads.
