Buying scrubs through Manor Care mandatory?

    I'm about to start my CNA classes at Manor Care and was told to buy my white ones for class but then after class I'm to buy ceil blue scrubs through Manor Care and it will be deducted from my paycheck.

    Does anyone know how much these scrubs cost?

    Is it discounted through them or would it be cheaper to just buy scrubs at Walmart?

    Are we even allowed to buy from other sources?

    Hi! I think they like you to buy through them, but I didn't and won't. On the papers I got they don't tell you what brand they are and I rather buy someplace where I know what quality I am getting. Plus they are more expensive than buying online.
