How is it to work for this place? What are the working conditions like? Do they offer 12 hour shifts? How's the staffing? How about salary wages? What is the administration like to work for? Do they offer decent benefits?

Any input at all, good and bad is greatly appreciated. Looking for a change, and this place is not too far from where I'm located.
