AGH vs UPMC Shadyside

I am currently working for UPMC on a cardiac unit and I have been wanting to go to the ICU since a grad (3 years ago) and finally have some interviews. I interviewed at my current hospital but they're goofy about internal transfers to keep it short and I also set up one at shadyside neuro ICU and I am playing phone tag with AGH for trauma ICU/ED right now. If anyone works or have worked at either of these places I would appreciate some pros/cons of each to help me with my decision. Thanks!
