Where to find 100% tution support?

Hi everyone ,

I lived in East Stroudsburg, which is northeast of PA, I am looking a chance of a full scholarship to cover ADN program. I am a Asian and male, I don’t know how difficult or where to find those opportunity. I also want to have income while pursuing the degree.
Four years ago, it said minority and male has big chance to receive 100% tuition support but I am not sure now.

There are 2 schools around here, East Stroudsburg University which only has 4 years degree, and Northampton Community College which has ADN program.

If anyone familiar with those schools or other nursing school around my area could give me suggestion to help me get started?

The draft idea coming up to head is
1. Get a nursing degree ASAP and the degree can help me to have a job at least 45K in first year.
2. I prefer the school have night school option.
3. 100% tuition support or reduce the out of pocket money as much as possible. I would not mind to exchange 1 or 2 years of my career to specific hospital to get money support.

4. what is the secure way to increase the chance to get hired by the hospital which has good benefit and higher pay? We had Pocono Medical Center here. Is this a good hospital to say?

5. How to find internship or part /full time in clinic or hospital while pursuing degree? I lost my job, my family currently is living base on my saving. I have pressure to get cash flow in ASAP.

I am new bee in this field and eagerly looking you input.

Thanks

I attended Cedar Crest College in Allentown; several of my classmates were from the Pocono area. CC has several programs, including an evening/weekend PT option. DeSales is in Center Valley and *may* have an evening option, but I am not sure. Good luck!

Oh, I was able to find financial aid for my time at Cedar Crest-so you shouldn't have a problem.
