i see this questions a bit old but i just had an interview with UPMC and the unit manager that interviewed me said that all of their hospitals use a standard form when interviewing. she read the questions directly from the form & filled it out as i answered. they were all those "tell me about a time when..." (ex. you had to multitask, you had to deal with a difficult patient, you felt overwhelmed, etc)

I know what you mean about reviving old threads, but yeah I think esp now it's a good one for input, so thanks for that run down.
BTW did you keep in touch with the recruiter or just wait for them to come to you? I hear different things about calling them vs waiting on them.
I have so many apps out there right now I'm losing track! One of the recruiters that I talked to at one of the suburb hospitals (run by the evil empire) v close to where I live, was really great/helpful...however they right now aren't hiring new grads, but may in the near future! What is "near" that can really be up for interpretation! I can hang on a bit but I'm losing patience. I grad in June too, passed boards in Sept. It has been frustrating. Good luck.
