Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist

I was just wondering what a Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist can do under our state's nurse practice act at the advanced practice level? I've been doing a lot of searching and can't find much information, its making me think theres not much of a market out there for this type of job, if anyone knows and would like to share information that would be wonderful, and please dont post rude remarks like " look for yourself" because i have done that, and cant find anything, hence the reason I am asking on here.
