Tylenol/Motrin Quick Reference Card

  1. 0 Does anyone have the Tylenol/Motrin quick reference dose card. I had one at work that seems to have gone missing. The doses are listed in a very small range of pounds that is based on the dosing guideline on Tylenol 15 mg/kg and Motrin 10 mg/kg.

I don't think you need a reference card, just a calculator. Those are the standard doses, so all you'd have to do is multiply the patient's weight by 15 or 10, depending on which med you're using and that's your dose. Max doses per kg would be 650 mg for Tylenol and 400 mg for Motrin... the adult doses.
