tips landing a peds job right after graduation...

Hi! Can someone give me tips on things I can do during nursing school to increase my chances of being hired into peds (preferabbly pediatric med-surg) right after graduation? I LOVE kids and have worked with adults before...and it has cemented my love of children lol

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
