Primary Nursing in a Level III Neonatal ICU

by tadams

We are researching how others practice Primary Nursing in the NICU. Please respond to this inquiry with any information you have to share about Primary Nursing Practice at your hospital. We are in the process of re-vamping our practice and are looking for input from others. Do you have anything in writing that you can email to us? Protocols, procedures, policies on Primary Nursing? Anything would be appreciated. Thanks. tadams@unch.unc.edu.com
