I'm working in peds ER and love it....but am having a hard time getting in anywhere else per diem to broaden my experience. On the plus side, because it is so specialized, with a little peds ER experience you'll find you're exactly what they're looking for when you see postings for peds ER positions

If you can't get in a pediatric ER directly as a new grad, look to PICU or general ER first. I started in a pediatric ER as a new grad- so some places will hire new grads, particularly ones with your experience.PlumeriaSun likes this.
