Pediatric Fall Assessment


What scale are you using to assess for fall risk in your pediatric population. Currently the rest of our hospital is using the Morres Scale but that is for adults

We use the Cummings Pediatric Fall Scale.

We are getting ready to incorporate the "humpty dumpty scale". It's based on the age of the child, their level of anxiety or behavior, and what meds they're on or potentially could be on. I don't know how to attach here, but I could email you a copy.
