Pediatric CarePlan Help

I just finished a Careplan on a 17yr old female who underwent a spinal fusion with instrumentation due to severe thoracic scoliosis. If anyone is well versed on CarePlans I would love for you to look over it. My email is samolsch2010@gmail.com.
