Help with nursing diagnosis for autistic patient

by smurfet

I currently have an 17 year old patient with Autism. He has significant reduced fine motor skills. He is very spontaneous with his speech and enjoys jokes and movies. He has trouble with starting conversation and gets exceptionally irritated with change and has trouble focusing and completing tasks. I have not done a careplan for a pediatric patient with Autism. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
He is normal in his growth and weight. He does have trouble with his upper truck strength.

Thank you
