What is a good med book to have on the pediatric unit? For calculations and dosages.

Mosby's has a pediatric drug guide. It would be more than adequate, I'm sure. But there may also be a chance that the university hospital closest to yours would have a custom manual for the med students and residents to use, and that would be the best choice.
