denver ii NEED HELP!

Ok! I need some help! I am in the process of completing my DENVER II for my nursing program. We have the kit, and the scoring sheet. I even understand how to administer it, I just dont understand how to record the results?? Like at the bottom right hand corner of the scoring sheet it says TEST BEHAVIOR. what goes there?? And like my child is 4 yrs 9 months, so I draw a line from top to bottom on the scoring sheet for that age right? The first thing listed it prepare cereal, so if my child can do that, how do I record that result?? Thanks in advance for any help!
