    Hello, I have been an LPN for 14 years in family practice. I really want a job in pediatrics, hospitals or home health. The problem I'm facing is no one wants to train you, they want experience on trachs and vents etc. before they will hire you. Are there any classes in Richmond, VA or any jobs that train you out there?
