I have worked part time since my senior year of high school while volunteering and school, maintaining a cumulative 3.26 gpa and 3.4 science gpa in college. I am in my 3rd year of college, and when I moved on campus to riverside i transferred my part time job as well as a server and have been working an average of 20 hours a week and still volunteering. I have been talking with the people I volunteer under (customer service & risk management) about working at CHOC part time, 2-3 days a week/ 8 hr shifts instead of working in a restaurant and volunteering because I will *hopefully* be starting the BSN program in the fall if all goes well and CHOC is a place that my heart really desires to remain apart of. I was told to look into a part time job as an inpatient unit assistant so I was wondering if there is any CHOC nurses or unit assistants out there that could give me an idea of what I am looking at if I work as a part time unit assistant.
