Children'sFunctional Heath Pattern Assessment?

Hi, I'm a RN to BSN student and I have a childrens FHP assessment to complete. I am using Erickson's Developmental stages for toddler, pre-school and school aged. I have to find 2 normal assessment findings and 2 potential problems for each age group in each of the 11 categories for Gordon. Was able to find info for toddlers but not other two age groups. I can't find anything with normal findings, etc. Anything would help! Thanks!!
