Ask for Help!!!!

Updated Oct 10, 2009 at 10:31 AM by janfrn

Hi, everyone here,

I am a nursing student and right now I am preparing the presentation for the class. The topic I have is about toddler and preschooler nutrition. I would like to ask some general questions for my presentation.

Q1. Can parents use food as reward or punishment?
Q2, What can parents do to promote healthy eating behavior?
Q3. How to prevent obesity in toddlers and preschoolers?

if anybody would like to answer the questions, please send them to me by private message and also please tell me your name, so I can use it as reference for the presentation.

Thank you,

Rong

Q1. Can parents use food as reward or punishment?neither. rules must be followed, of course the parent has to be patient and understanding and give care. but definitely must not give in.
Q2, What can parents do to promote healthy eating behavior? offer healthy food choices, and do not buy food without nutrition.
Q3. How to prevent obesity in toddlers and preschoolers?offer good food choices, limit TV & electronic games, outside activities, take them to the public park often.

if anybody would like to answer the questions, please send them to me by private message and also please tell me your name, so I can use it as reference for the presentation.

Thank you,
