- May 29, '12 by NovaRN777No way!. I have seen nurses older than you break into nursing as 2nd or third career. You alraedy have the experience so why not go for it?

- Jun 20, '12 by chandjlNo I don't think so! You probably have lots of experience and more confidence than a new grad, maybe kids of your own. Id rather teach an older experienced nurse than a young newbie.
