    Hi,

    I just started a residential assisted living facility and I was wondering if someone can give me an idea how to formulate a standing order sheet for primary MD's. Can someone give me specific example? I have another sample on hand , but I wanted to incorporate it with other samples. tHANK YOU...

    At the ALF where I work, admissions include a Physician Statement that has to be signed by the MD. It includes standing orders, and the MDs can add them or cross them out.
