Patient ed for advanced prostate cancer patients

Hi All - I've always been a lurker but decided to join as I was just tasked in my office to come up with some patient ed tools for the prostate cancer patients in our practice (urology) - pamphlets that the nurses could use to explain stuff and then the patient could take it home with them. any ideas for topics that you think are difficult to understand/discuss? I haven't been in the practice for very long and am looking for some help on topics/content.
