Health Teaching Care Plans

Hello all,

This is my first post but I feel so pressured so I need some help...

I have to do a health teaching care plan for a patient with bipolar and depression. I wasn't given any instructions on how to complete this but I do have a template. The headers are: Learning Need(s), Desired outcome(s), Client's Learning Style, teaching strategies and Eavaluation/outcome.

I know this is probably very simple but she said it will take 4 hours. I've never done this before so any suggestions would be super duper helpful!
