It depends upon the hospital you work for. Tuition reimbursement is a fairly common benefit offered by employers. Most stipulate that the courses be job related, which nursing or pre-nursing classes would qualify. I can't say if most hospitals will or will not, but it's worthwhile checking with the HR department at your current or prospective employer.
