by Lordday Nov 1, '10I was planning on enrolling in a PCT course but then decided to just try to take classes in EKG and Phleb instead as it would be cheaper and shorter timewise. But now reading this forum it seems PCT's do more "extra's" than just EKG and Phleb so now I'm wondering if it would be better for me in the long run to invest in a PCT course after all.

However some places may require PCT's to be certified and most get this through NHA-http://www.nhanow.com/patient_care.html. I don't think this matters as long as you have your CNA license, EKG and Phleb skills you should be fine.Lordday likes this.
