When do they typically offer the course? I know there's one starting in April, will the offer another one during the summer?

How's the course going? I start in August!

It's been going good so far. I am doing clinicals at Norfolk General (your experience may vary) and I enjoy it. The instructors are very helpful, however it's up to you to retain and apply that info properly especially during clinicals.

How long is the average day for the care partner classes? Is it from 8am-4:30pm M-F? I begin my class August 25th. I am hoping to work at Sentara or Riverside afterwards. I want to find the hospital with the best benefits and tuition reimbursement.

I am currently filling my forms out too. I need to take cpr. My card expired 4/30/13

Mine is through the military so I have to take a civilian course. Looking forward to starting though!

Just got my email with the forms/uniforms/books to order! Woohoo making progress! Mountaineer, what kind of stethoscope did you end up buying? I want to get something reasonable, but also something that won't get "misplaced". I think a normal black one would be likely to walk off somewhere lol
