Coral, I found a letter to the editor in the Journal of Christian Nursing, Fall, 2004, that discussed computerized documentation for Parish Nursing. It was titled the SJMM-PNN doucmentation system. Data can evidently be entered on a computer or hand-held PDA, & is being offered to parish nursing networks and individuals as a subscription.
