A long time Waseca health care official has died.Executive Vice President and administrator of the Waseca Medical Center, 54- year-old Mike Milbrath passed away yesterday at ISJ in Mankato.The cause of death has not been determined, but he had been diagnosed with the H1-N1 virus.
