Can a patient blow their nose after receiving nasal spray vaccine?

What is the recommendation regarding those who receive seasonal FluMist or H1N1 nasal spray and the urge to blow their nose? Is there a certain amount of time that one must wait, or does adequate absorption take place immediately? Thanks!
