What's it like to work in a interventional pain clinic?

I have posted in other areas of this site about my search for a job. Briefly, I am a RN who worked for 14 years in acute care--most of that in critical care, then became a stay-at-home mom for 12+ years. I recently completed a refresher course to reactivate my license (to my dismay, there was no "hands-on" skills practice included). My question to those of you in pain management is what is involved in a position in an interventional pain clinic? I have no idea what skills would be required. (This position is in a large, well-respected medical center.) Thanks for any insight you give me!! (I need to know something about it before I decide if I want to apply.)
