by sharann

Has anyone heard of this or are actually using them yet? Some kind of pain device that goes on the skin and the pt puhes a part of it and it delivers through the tissues?
Thanks

Default vague recall
I have heard of them. I did some pre-marketing research a number of yrs back (as a consultant to the company researching/marketing them.) As I recall, the "patch" would release a constant drug delivery, w/ the ability to bolus PRN for break thru pain.
(This was quite a few yrs ago, so that is about all I remember...)
