Pain medication robbing your body of nutrients

Pain medications can cause nutrient depletions in the body. I have been researching this topic for quite some time now and I'm finding more and more information on this topic. For example I found that when you take hydrocodone for long periods of time it depletes Folic Acid and vitamin B's in your body. I thought it would be helpful to share with everyone along with the researh I found I also found an app called Nutrient Depletions in the iTunes App Store. I purchased the app this week and I was amazed how many different pain meds were in there. I thought it would help everyone in discussing issues relating to pain meds and nutrition.
