    How easy is it to transfer out of PACU once you have several years of experience? Will an ER or Critical Care unit take an experienced PACU nurse - or are you "labeled" PACU forever?

    You have skills airway management, monitors, etc. We have ACLS. PALS, and I am PACU but got MY certification in Critical care instead of the CPAN.
    Sure you will have a learning cure but you build on what your experiece.
    We take ICU and ER RN's in PACU so what is the difference?
