1. Support the bedside PACU RN when he/she says the patient has NOT met criteria.
2. Intervene with doctors, families, when the bedside RN is not able to
3. Be there for emergencies as GOOD support, not someone who freaks out.
4. When giving out beds for OR, balance acuity as WELL AS POSSIBLE.
