One area that we are trying to improve for patient satisfaction is notifying the patients of any delays of their procedure start times. I would like to know what other centers do to 1. keep patients informed and 2. do you offer anything to keep them occupied so they are not watching the clock and the other patients in the pre-op area? Thanks!
