New Charge RN in PACU

Hello, I have been working in the PACU for a couple of years and am now starting to take on the responsibility of being the Charge RN for Phase 1. Ours is a busy unit in a teaching hospital that serves a 14 room OR. Does anyone have any advice to help with success in this role?
