Looking for average salary advice

Hello fellow nurses,
I have been an LVN working in preop/pacu in a same day surgery center for about 7 years. I recently acquired my RN. I live in northern CA. I have been offered a per diem position as an RN in a same day center. They offered me $37.00 an hour. I was wanting advice on if this is adequate pay or is it too low. I need to investigate this to negotiate my pay. I have become frustrated because every job posting I have found does not state pay. Please help me if you can. Thanks in advance.
