Accudose in PACU

We are going to start using Accudose in PACU. How has it worked in your unit? Now, if my patient needs narcs and another nurse if free/helping me, she will go to the cupboard and get the drugs. I am guessing that I will have to get my own meds now, as I have to account for the waste and administration. If you are using accudose, can you give me some info on how it is working?
