i turned in my application for this and the MSN. i have a BA in communication, and a BS in psychology, with a 3.5 gpa from those degrees. so far with my prereqs i have a 4.0, but i may make a B in micro this semester. scored a 1360 (650v, 710q) on the gre with a 4 (ew!) on the writing part.

anyone else applied or waiting for word on this or the combined program?

I also applied to the BSN/MSN - FNP. Waiting is no fun, and neither is not knowing if your application is complete. The Penn website has been wacky, and it still claims they are missing things from me that I know they have received.

Also - is anyone working on the financial aid forms? I am having some major issues with those. For instance, if anyone is working on the CSS application, and you already have a BA degree, are you calling yourself a 5th year undergraduate student? A graduate student? I emailed Penn, but got conflicting information. Also, how are you estimating your income for this year and next? My husband is employed right now, but his position is temporary (ends in May), and I so I have no clue if he will be employed when I would start the program. I am not sure if I should say that I expect him to have no income, or what. It's very confusing. Would love to hear how others are tackling the financial aid forms.

Thanks!

I know nothing about financial aid at UPenn, but in general I thought that only the Fafsa would be completed to qualify for federal loans. For most schools, grants and other institutional aid would not be provided for a second bachelors?

Does Penn have only one cohort per year or do they offer 2 cohorts per year, one in spring and one in fall?

i think the accelerated cohort starts in summer, and traditional begins in the fall. not sure if thats what you meant, though.
