I received an interview invite about 2 weeks ago. The admissions staff will be in my state next month on a recruitment tour, so I will interview with them then. Good luck to you all! :-)

I have not recieved an interview invite yet and am anxiously awaiting an email. I did speak with someone and she said that there are 300 people in the first review period. Good luck everyone!

There is only one admission counselor who is doing all the reviews for FACT. I spoke to her and she said that she will try to get to everyone as soon as possible. She is just one person going through 300 applicants and she's supposed to give everyone an answer by November 15th.

Seems like a tough task. From the message boards, it looks like FACT only accepts 100 people each year and that's over FOUR review periods.

I'm concerned about what they are factoring into their admissions criteria. My GPA was 3.86 from undergrad; I'm in the midst of my pre-reqs. I received a B in microbiology but everything else so far is an A. I volunteer once a week in the ER a hospital but do not have any other field experience in Health care. My background is in televisio production.

Hmmm....I hope I get an interview soon. Thomas Jefferson seems to be my first choice. However, I've also applied to Drexel. Not sure which program I'll get into...but I hope I at least get into one of them.

yea i know only one person does it it seems like niki is going to have a lot to do with that many applications! that is crazy because november 15 is only about four weeks! and i know that they don't have to go through the 4 review periods because if the program fills up during the first period then it is done. i know that they don't worry about the fact that there are three more because if they have enough peope that they want they will fill it--so good news that we applied early!!

i applied to drexel too but jeff is my top choice...i hope to hear something soon too i feel like i have been waiting forever but i am sure she is probably swamped.

good luck!

I wonder if all 300 people get interviewed? It seems like a lot. And she said "about"...so I guess it could even be more than that...Oh I hope I get an interview soon. She said she emails interview invitations.

Good luck to you too!

Hmmm when I talked to Niki 2 weeks ago she said that they COULD go through all review periods but most likely the program is filled by late November...she said they always go into the second review period so I guess they are extremely selective in this first review period.

at least we only have about 4 more weeks of waiting until november 15th and the first few have gone fast! and i am sure the program is filled in november because they seem to get a ton of applications. i also heard that drexel is not as competitive as jeff is does anyone know is that true?
