If you are still considering Drexel for the Spring of 2009 the website says that they are still accepting applications, so get em' in!!

Hi!!!!! I'm also going to Drexels ACE program in Spring 2009 I'm sooo excited and nervous, I can't take it! Still finishing up pre-reqs now though, so I'm occupied. I got my fafsa back last week, didn't get much money from them so I have to take out private loans. Anyone have advice about where to do this?? I'm going to PNC tomorrow b/c I heard they have a great interest rate for their health school professions loan. I am buggin' out that I might not get the full loan I need! I think my statement said $18,000 something for the half of year, not 16....maybe I read it wrong, I HOPE! hah. please let me know anything and congrats to all!

Does anyone know when they start letting people know if they've been accepted? I applied for Fall 2009 and am feeling antsy.

Maralice911, congrats -
When did you find out your financial aid from them in comparison to finding out you were accepted? I recently find out I was accepted to the spring start...but am awaiting the financial good news or bad news so I can see the 'loan' situation.

Hiddencat, I searched the boards a bit ago.. i seemed to remember people finding out about the fall start in late nov/dec... I would search back last year and you should get a better idea good luck~

The tuition is 16k. The "fees" are like 2k. Don't forget books. "Transportation" at 1800? That's a joke. Insurance is like $1,000. I guess as long as I don't need much gas or any repairs.. Health insurance (which is mandatory).

Yeah.. I got the same thing. $6,250 in 'offered financial aid' (Stafford loans). And, yeah, I'll have to figure out where to get loans. I also don't know when I should have all the loans figured out. Classes are still 6 months away...

hiddencat, I'm not sure when you'll hear back. I got accepted after waiting 8 or 9 weeks.

I thought tuition was $32K for the ACE program- it's only $16?

Hidden, I haven't gotten my letter... the total tuition is 32k, but I'm assuming this refers to the FAFSA time line as academic years go through a given month and the Spring to Spring is over 2 academic years.....which would total at the 32k under two seperate FAFSA filings.
