Starting tomorrow!

Hi,

I am starting up on the ortho unit tomorrow morning! I am a new grad, and extremely nervous about starting my first position.

Any words of advice, or must knows that could help me out?

Thanks.... will let you know how it goes!

Kyle

Certainly take good notice of what other nurses and your preceptor does. It'll form the backbone of the next year or two. Make sure you document, document, document! It may seem overwhelming at first, but soon a lot of it becomes routine. It all gets better with experience.
