Orthopedic nursing duties

Hi all,
I am currently working on a class assignment and my group has to do a presentation as if we are requesting a loan to open up an orthopedic practice and my position within this practice is the nurse. so i am trying to find out some specifics on the duties of an orthopedic nurse as well as some marketing tips to get patients, the specialty of the clinic will be sport medicine. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
