Newbie

Hi,
I am about to start my first job as an RN in two weeks in an orthopedic/post-surgery pediatric unit.
I am very nervous about it, I have 6 weeks orientation with 2 preceptors, from a newer nurse and an older nurse.

any advice??

thanks!

Glad you enjoy ortho. I've been working there for almost 2 years. I agree, nights are nice compared to busy days!
