I got a job!!!

I'm SO excited!! I just accepted a job on an Ortho floor. I graduated only 9 days ago and take my NCLEX on June 7th =) I chose Ortho over a few other areas that I thought were planning on offering because I really like the unit and the manager. It's only 48 beds and 10 RN's so it should be a good ratio. They also get a sprinkling of Med/surg patients when there are empty beds so I think I will learn a lot. I'm SO SUPER EXCITED to join the Ortho RN community!!

Any advice for a new Ortho GN? I'm fairly athletic and I know there will be lifting, but not sure what else to expect!!
