Finishing my first year of nursing and have switched specialty


Recently switched from Renal/Tele to Ortho/Post-Surgical, so I feel like a duck out of water. Any good books out there for clinical skills in the Ortho patient especially with joint replacements? So far am liking Ortho.. Renal was kinda of depressing..
