20 yrs in mental health has left me clueless!


Hi all...been in mental health and trying to come up with nursing interventions for an 11 yr old girl post op scfe....any ideas?

Welcome Robert. I confess I can't remember what scfe is. Fill me in.

We also have a great student nurse assistance forum where "care plan things" are frequent topics.

The penny just dropped. Slipped epiphysis. (femoral capital)

I dealt with grownups of the 80-100 year range.
