I work in Washington and want to work closer to home. So I applied to get my Idaho State License and found that I have to get my current supervisor to fill out a form and sign stating that I am a worthy employee and that he is referencing me to get and Idaho license.
I REALLY dont want him knowing that I might be quitting in the near future and I feel like that's basically what I'm asking him to fill out. My eventual resignation!!
Is there any way around this???
Thanks!
