    I am currently working at a nursing rehab center with geriatric population temporaily to pay bills and do something in nursing. My passion is NICU and I was wondering what suggestions the nursing community might have to offer me and others whom is interested in this field. What steps should I take to progress towards a position in the NICU? Any suggestiong will be of help. Thank you!
